How it works
Two sides to every campaign: the organiser who runs it, and the participants who play.
If you're running a campaign
- 1
Create your campaign
Give it a name and pick your link — cashmoneyrewards.com/play/your-campaign. Set the dates, how many spins each person gets, and your data retention period.
- 2
Add your prizes
Start from our suggested gifts or add your own. Set how many of each you have and a weight for how often it should come up. We show you the real percentages before you publish.
- 3
Publish and share
Confirm you can honour every prize listed, then publish. Share the link however you like — WhatsApp, SMS, a QR code at your event.
- 4
Watch the results
See visits, registrations, spins, prizes awarded and remaining stock as they happen. Mark prizes claimed as you hand them over, and export everything to CSV.
If you're playing
- 1
Open the link
You see who's running the promotion, what prizes are available, the rules, and exactly what information will be collected — before anything is asked of you.
- 2
Enter your details
Your name and a way to reach you, so the organiser can deliver your prize if you win.
- 3
Decide about location
If the campaign asks for your location, you're told why in plain language first. Your browser's own permission prompt only appears after you tap to share. Some campaigns require it to enter; those say so up front.
- 4
Confirm and spin
Confirm the PIN shown on screen, then spin. The result is decided on our servers before the wheel animates — the animation just shows you what you got.
- 5
Claim your prize
Winners get a claim code and instructions from the organiser. Look it up any time at cashmoneyrewards.com/claim/your-code.
How the draw actually works
Each prize has a weight — a relative likelihood, not a percentage. A prize with weight 100 comes up ten times as often as one with weight 10.
When you spin, our server locks the campaign's prize records, removes anything that's inactive, expired or out of stock, and draws from what's left using a cryptographically secure random number generator. Your result and the stock update are written in a single database transaction.
This means two things. Stock can never go negative, even if a hundred people spin at the same instant. And nothing in your browser influences the outcome — by the time the wheel starts turning, the result is already recorded.
